Warranty Program
Our purpose of quality warranty is to enhance product warranties, achieve brand management and service, improve service network construction, and maximize customer value.
The warranty applies to the vehicles manufactured by CNHTC (SINOTRUK) and the subordinate producers such as Truck Howo.
For dump truck or other off-road using trucks , including the brand truck HOWO, HOWO A7, HOHAN, HOKA, GOLDEN PRINCE, etc., the warranty period is half of one year or 60,000 km from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.
For SINOTRUK tractor truck series or other road using truck howo series. For SINOTRUK tractor series or other road using trucks series, including the brand HOWO, HOWO A7, HOHAN, HOKA, GOLDEN PRINCE, etc., the warranty period is one year or 100,000 km from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.
The warranty period is the duration during which the supplier is responsible for providing free replacements of certain parts to users due to any malfunction or damage caused by design, manufacturing, assembly, and materials under normal usage conditions. This guarantees the proper functioning of the vehicle within its service lifespan.
Warranty services will not be provided by CNHTC (SINOTRUK) for any damage caused by serious overloading or forced operation, regardless of potential accidents.
If the damage cannot be analyzed or identified due to unauthorized disassembly, exchange or maintenance by units or individuals other than CNHTC (SINOTRUK) after-sales service departments, CNHTC (SINOTRUK) will not provide warranty services.
Normal wear and tear Parts are not in warranty.
Brake shoe lining, brake and clutch driven plate, light bulbs, fuses, wiper blade, a/filter, lens, etc; Oil and Liquid: Lubricating oil, cooling fluid, battery fluid, cooling liquid, clutch oil etc in truck howo.
